Tracking your progress along your health journey is important.  All In Check Ins are designed for accountability and to strengthen the relationship/trust between our coaches and members.  We will do physical measurements, weigh ins, body fat readings using a handheld caliper (not an electronic measurement), and nutrition chats to help you have a better understanding of how to fuel your body as an individual based on your exercise regimen and goals.  Our team has an abundance of knowledge in nutrition and food intolerances.
