What is yoga?

Yoga is a non-invasive form of exercise designed to help you build functional strength and flexibility in your body through flowing sequences of postural movement accompanied by breathing exercises often ending with relaxation and/or meditation.

Here at All In Gym we offer yoga on our schedule 4 days a week and have created a membership simply for those only interested in this part of our programming. Yoga IS included in our normal monthly contracts but also available through an exclusive “Yoga Only” membership.
